    SUMMARY:

    We have an immediate need to hire to an exceptional matchmaker; someone who can quickly engage with a new customer, relate to their need of solving their merchandise return problems, and being able to create a compelling vision of how putting our data science platform to work will help solve their return problems!

    This work involves crafting exceptional, engaging and effective onboarding and launch experiences with a new customer, providing continuous communications to educate and guide the customer through product adoption exercises, and conducting customer training, troubleshooting and account management services to develop, nurture and solidify customer relationships that promote retention and company loyalty.

    We are willing to train an outstanding applicant who possesses basic knowledge, skills and abilities, but they first have to convince us that they will be a value-add to the team and also demonstrate personal work experience starting conversations and building strong business relationships using phone and digital media platforms (e.g. chat lines, webinars, etc.), planning and overseeing key projects and/or events, and providing world-class customer service.

  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with others, especially using digital, phone and video technologies.
    • Ability to work independently, learn new skills quickly, and take initiative.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage work requests from multiple sources and meet deadlines; solid time management and effective communications skills are essential.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and to assume personal ownership of business activities and outcomes.
    • High attention to detail is an absolute must.
    • Day 1 proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint/Word) and smartphones.
    • Must be able to use and/or to quickly develop proficiency in other high-tech/high-touch systems such as, but not limited to Hubspot, Slack, Jira, etc.
    • If hired, must adhere to all company policies and procedures and other prescribed best practices/industry standards.
  • Compensation
    $35,000 - $45,000 based on qualifications and relevant experience. Performance-based stock options.
