    We're a consulting firm that helps other companies improve their customer support. We're looking to hire a customer service representative to help us handle our clients' email-based customer support.

    Our team is very small and extremely friendly, and we have a very positive work environment. You'd be applying for a part-time job in our Mountain View office, as our first employee!

    We're looking to hire someone to work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible - you can work whichever hours you like, between 9 AM and 7 PM. We'll work out a schedule that fits around your life!

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Using online software to answer customer questions via email
    • Solving problems creatively
    • Escalating and summarizing issues

    We will start with a paid week-long trial program, where you'll learn how to solve tickets. If the trial program goes well, we will continue working together! Opportunities for growth include:

    • Full-time employment
    • Increased salary

    • Writing operational playbooks for customer support workflows
