We’re growing our marketing team and looking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate / Content Manager. You will work directly with the Head of Product and Marketing and our co-founders. You’ll be responsible for creating exciting(!) and relevant content, leading our social media efforts and analyzing results of both paid and organic marketing efforts.

You must be comfortable with both self-directed and team-based projects, in which you’ll focus predominantly on execution. And you must be excited about our mission to create a new and better retirement paradigm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and executing on our social media strategies for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Writing internal and external sponsored content
• Structuring and monitoring paid media including SEM, paid social, retargeting and display advertising
• Implementing our SEO strategy, including content creation and content distribution
• Email marketing
• Occasional wireframing and designing of content, ads, and social media posts

• Great communication skills
• Superb attention to detail 
• A bias towards action 
• A proficient writer willing to both create content and manage others doing so
• An ability to quickly comprehend financial concepts
• A demonstrated interest in personal finance, aging, and/or retirement
• A demonstrated interest in online marketing for consumer products
• The ability to be both creative and quantitatively driven
