The candidate will assist in our growing B2B and eCommerce operations. Great opportunity for individuals who like to pursue a career in this space.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Order Fulfillment team to ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders and returns.

• Manage daily requests from clients such as order status, return processing and inspections.

• Ensure clear and timely communications with clients.

• Work closely with ecommerce listing and marketing teams on product catalog.

• Analyze reports and advise on statuses of orders and identify operational solutions.

• Maintain and update reports necessary for the Ecommerce operations team

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce (Recent Graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong customer orientation and sensitiveness in the ecommerce context

• Must be proficient with computer and have some experience with e-commerce

• Must be able to work well within a team environment

• Have problem-solving skills for continuous process improvement
