  • Responsibilities

    You will be responsible with:

    • Ensuring our users LOVE Riley
    • Communicating with them
    • Onboard new customers
    • Making sure users are being engaged throughout their experience using the product
    • Help manage the CRM
    • Handle customer support tickets
    • Improve our NPS score
    • Be at the intersection between getting feedback from users and providing suggestions for the product

    As Riley continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to manage your own customer success team. If you have interests across other areas of Riley you are more than welcome to take part!
