Internship Description

Papa Technologies is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing/operations team. We call the position ATC, for Air Traffic Controller. Our ATC team is the brain behind our technology that powers health care services delivered to the home.

We are an investor-funded healthcare technology startup. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, operations, sales and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Papa’s ATC’s are the customer engagement and support engine for managing our customer’s care visits
• Use our tech to manage our user’s incredible experience
• Field inbound requests for assistance and care visits on the Papa Platform
• Manage communication and coordination between a user and a care provider

Requirements

Our company is looking for an undergraduate student in the Miami area who is majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations or Advertising. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of The Web, social media, and technology in general. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.

Additional requirements include:

• Enrolled in a 4-year college or university program
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Able to work ~20 hours per week
• Interest in gaining incredible experience in fast-paced startup environment
• Strong interest in technology
• Strong desire to learn how a startup works at the ground floor
• Preferred Majors: Operations, Business, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Computer Science
