  • Compensation
    Compensation will come in two forms: - For events, Executive Directors will be paid by the hour. Dependent on the event, the hourly compensation will range between $15-$25/hr. - Compensation will also be commission-based. Executive Directors will have a unique referral code, that they can share with those who sign-up for the Lula app.
