Idea Glue launches and manages a portfolio of consumer brands. You'll be helping grow our toy brand, Mythical Slyme, which features unicorn-themed slime and putty toys.

Since it's a startup, you'll have a variety of "hats" to wear, but the core part of the internship is to help with our social media presence:

    • Helping concept and manage influencer outreach campaigns.
    • Create video content for our Instagram page (will involve filming your hands playing with slime!)
    • Communicating with our warehouse to send out review samples
    • Creating gift boxes for influencers
    • Creating lists of influencers for outreach
    • Researching potential brand partnerships to establish
    • Giving input on creative decisions and marketing campaigns
    • Learning about all our different marketing channels and the process of launching a new brand

It's fantastic opportunity to work closely with the founder and see how an early stage startup is run in a fun, relaxed work environment.

You'll be working out of our Soho office space. Minimum of 4 days per week.

Can potentially lead to full-time job if it's the right fit!

  • About Us

Founded by a Harvard grad, Idea Glue is both an online retail distributor and incubator of new brands.

The business is divided into two parts: one half focuses on data-driven resale for online marketplaces like Amazon. The other half designs, manufactures, and markets products to be sold online.

In the long run, we're aiming to bring better design to everyday objects. The resale portion of our business provides data for deciding what new products to launch.

Our office is located in Manhattan's Garment District.
