This position will be paid hourly.
Use a proprietary tool to find new customers and candidates for our platform.
Answer emails and set up meetings on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain analytics on the customer acquisition process, logging quantitative data such as the number of new customers added each week, and qualitative information such as how you think the process is going.
Make suggestions at our weekly meeting on how we can improve customer acquisition and retention.
Work alongside the CEO and Head of Strategy on marketing and advertising efforts.
Whatever else you want to get involved in beyond the core job. Come with suggestions and solutions on how to make the company better.
This position will be 15-20 hours per week and will require daily email check-ins to manage the CEO's inbox. It is not required to come in to the office everyday (email can of course be done from home), but as much as possible would be helpful.
It would be helpful if you have used Salesforce, but email and social media skills are musts.
