• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring campus ambassadors to perform the duties of a campus ambassador
• Train and track the progress of each campus ambassador
• Manage schedules and report back to CEO on payroll
• Identify areas of opportunity to better attract students to the MyRentHero application
• Utilize social media tactics to build brand awareness and manage campus ambassadors to follow brand guidelines
• Suggest various on campus events that MRH can be a part of (i.e., football tailgates, on campus concerts)
• Help identify campus influencers
• Build reports to manage the performance of your team and meet daily with the CEO on feedback, lessons learned, and areas of improvement.

• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to MyRentHero
• Strong written and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with and presenting in front of groups of people you don't know
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Prior business development skills preferred
