Better Off Brunching is a social organization allowing young professionals to form community and find their people after they graduate university, move to a new city, or otherwise are looking for a new friend group. All through fun-themed brunch series like, 'Tour de France Brunch', 'Book Club Brunch', 'Adventurous Eaters Brunch', etc. Better Off Brunching is a sister company of Better Off Bowling, which runs casual social sports in most major cities in the US.

Many people hit a friend freeze after high school/college and stop making those strong connections that helped them grow throughout their school years. As that social circle starts to shrink with people moving, getting busy, etc., it can lead to settling - with romantic partners, friends, and even experiences.

Better Off Brunching seeks to change that dynamic so it's easier to meet people you share interests, passions, or a life situation with - entrepreneurs meeting entrepreneurs, young couples meeting young couples, adventure junkies, musicians, singles, new to the city, etc. All over an incredible brunch experience with great company.

The job will likely start either as a part-time job or paid full-time internship, but could develop into a full-time position depending on the employee's work.

Job responsibilities will be vary but be principally centered around marketing, social media/influencer work, and partnerships. We may also have the employee do food photography sampling top brunch dishes at different restaurants throughout NYC.

Useful skills include any or all of the following:

• Basic business/entrepreneur experience

The candidate does not need to have all of these skills, as long as there is an interest in learning.

Better Off Brunching is a nationally backed startup creating community and running amazing themed brunches for interesting and passionate people in their 20s and 30s. BOB is preparing to launch in multiple cities and is seeking talented individuals with skills or experience in marketing and social media, and ideally an interest in brunch.
