• Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering excellent customer service. Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller inquiries, and provide information. Maintain accurate and useful database records.
• Reach out to potential members and partners
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for KPIs and revenue
• Manage a pipeline of active prospects using our internal CRM
• Additional duties as required to support Papa’s growth in your community

• Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) in the South Florida area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 0-1 years of general sales or customer service experience
• The ability to work with a team and be a self-starter including the ability to think outside the box Interested in learning and growing
