Papa is the first and only on-demand assistance service to help seniors with transportation, house needs, technology, and an amazing social experience! We are looking for a passionate Member Engagement Specliast who can be the representative of our company to all members and Papa Pals!

You will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering excellent customer service.
• Recruit and train Papa Pals, our trusted college students.
• Coordinate visit schedules
• Reach out to potential members and partners
• Provide customer service to our members
• Additional duties as required to support Papa’s growth in your community

• A recent college graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) in the South Florida area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 0-1 years of general sales or customer service experience
• The ability to work with a team and be a self-starter including the ability to think outside the box Interested in learning and growing
• The ability to work in an ever-changing environment of a startup
• A passion for people
