The Jr. Production Manager role at Radical is one of the most physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging roles that an individual will come across. It is also one of the most rewarding. As a Jr. Production Manager, you’ll have the responsibility of ideating video segment ideas, planning, being in front of the camera, and editing content for the millennial/Gen-Z demographic.

In addition, you’ll help in any capacity you can (since it’s a startup). For example, marketing efforts and strategy will be part of your weekly efforts. You’ll learn a great deal about start-ups and how to build one from the ground up.

• Research for segments
• Create and rehearse scripts
• Be on camera (must be funny)
• Edit Content
• Help with growth and marketing initiatives
• Provide input to help drive overall strategy

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• 1-4+ yrs Editing skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, psychology, marketing, or communications

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience creating, executing, and tracking a marketing plan
• Have weathered an early startup environment; can handle things without much direction
