THE OPPORTUNITY

Prehype Brands is looking for enthusiastic, multi-tasking and flexible interns that will help shape, lead and drive the operational activities of our portfolio in order to expand our capacity to develop our existing and new brands.

As an intern, you’ll work across multiple of our brands at the same time, and you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our launching and scaling strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of business, management and financial principles and practices
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Autonomy, reactivity, and initiative-taking -Sense of humor
• Flexibility, dynamism, and open-minded
• Open to constructive criticism and feedback
• Open to other punctual assignments than operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern, you will take part in some or all of the following activities (depending on the project timing):

• Implement operational plans.
• Continuously improve operational systems, processes and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, warehousing.
• Analyze financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
• Prepare and control operational budgets.
• Manage client or employee operational concerns
• Monitor adherence to plans and procedures
