We’re looking for someone who is excited by solving puzzles and going on treasure hunts. You will keep looking for the right person to match a description, won’t take no for an answer, and know how to persuade people to your side. You should be excited by the challenge of delivering results and directly impacting the success of a start-up. You set high goals for yourself and do whatever is necessary to hit them. You should be:

  • Self-Motivated: When you have a goal, it is your own. You push and try new ways until you achieve your goal.
  • Obsessive about Details: You make sure that nothing slips. When something lands on your plate, you make sure that everything gets done. Nothing escapes your focus.
  • Good with People: You can build rapport immediately, get along with all types, and quickly get people on your side. People come away from conversations with you feeling like they’ve known you for a long time.
  • Polished and Articulate Communicator: You have no problem writing great emails that are short, effective, and easy to read. But if that doesn’t work, you pick up the phone and speak confidently with senior executives. All this while sounding like a real person.
  • Extreme Work Ethic: You don’t stop until the problem is put to bed, especially if the problem is challenging and forces you to grow.
  • Constantly Improving: You know where you’re trying to improve, how you’re taking those steps, and what your goals are over the next 3-6-9 months.


We'd like someone with:

  • 0-4 years experience: this is an entry level position for someone who wants to learn a lot in a startup environment where they will be depended on to serve a key function from Day 1.
  • Written Communication: emails are effective and easy to read. Can give instructions.
  • Verbal Communication: comfortable speaking to C-Level execs at Fortune 500 companies, Directors of IT, and Marketing Gurus, often back to back to back.
  • Spreadsheet / CRM Experience is a plus
