Position Summary
As a small but growing start-up you will work closely with the CEO and COO on executing important company projects and daily operational responsibilities. Assist with the execution of all aspects of the NOMI Beauty company. Have the opportunity to run key portion of the NOMI Beauty business, such as Artist Management, Customer Service, Recruitment, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Operations: work with COO and CTO to manage work scheduling, appointment management, online booking, and other key functions
- Finance: assist COO with running key reports and financials to understand the impact of new strategies on the company’s revenue
- Artist Management: assist with the communication and oversight of the Hair and Makeup Artists that are the backbone of the company
- Customer Service: assist customers with booking services, updating appointments, up selling services, and service recovery
- Recruitment: manage the recruitment process for hiring and interviewing new Hair and Makeup Artists to join the NOMI Beauty team
- Human Resources: assist with the on-boarding of new Hair and Makeup Artists
- Administrative Assistance: assist CEO and other team members as needed in administrative tasks such as answering phone, scheduling meetings, writing emails, and running errands
