• Hiring, training, and managing our team of Drivers
• Monitoring our delivery operations and handling exceptions or emergencies as they arise
• Serving as a friendly, helpful point of contact for clients, Drivers, and vendors
• Helping plan efficient routes and shifts on a daily basis
• Working with the entire operations team to develop and refine processes for all daily operations (fleet maintenance, package processing/sorting, delivery dispatching, etc.)

• Natural leadership instinct: you have a demonstrated ability to manage operational teams with patience, tact, and discipline
• Eagerness to get your feet wet in all types of operations: you love jumping from one project to the next and are excited by a multi-faceted role
• Exceptional (and perhaps obsessive) attention to detail: you never let anything slip through the cracks
• Extreme resourcefulness: you have a rare knack for getting amazing things done quickly, cheaply, and independently
• Commitment to irregular working hours: you understand what being at an early-stage startup means and aren't scared away by a 24/7 operation
• Passion for building things from scratch: you know that sometimes, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
