As a small but growing startup you will work closely with the CEO and COO on executing important company projects and daily operational responsibilities. Assist with the execution of all aspects of the NOMI Beauty company. Have the opportunity to run key portion of the NOMI Beauty business, such as Artist Management, Customer Service, Recruitment, and more. Responsibilities Include:

• Artist Management: assist with the communication and oversight of the Hair and Makeup Artists that are the backbone of the company

• Customer Service: assist customers with booking services, updating appointments, upselling services, and service recovery

• Recruitment: manage the recruitment process for hiring and interviewing new Hair and Makeup Artists to join the NOMI Beauty team

• Human Resources: assist with the onboarding of new Hair and Makeup Artists

• Finance: assist COO with running key reports and financials to understand the impact of new strategies on the company’s revenue

• Prior internship experience
• Strong interest in working for a startup
• Strong work ethic, willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
• Strong communication skills and empathetic approach to interacting with colleagues, customers, and employees

• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Powerpoint
