We're looking for drivers! 🚗 The model is similar to Uber’s, except we're not on-demand. Parents schedule their kids' rides in advance, so you'll have a schedule ahead of time. Typical peak driving times are in the morning (7am - 9am), afternoon (12pm - 2pm), and late afternoon (3pm - 6pm). We’re looking for safe, kind, and careful drivers.

Drivers let us know when they're available (e.g. 3pm-6pm weekdays), receive a schedule from VanGo! with pick up and drop off addresses, and need to transport kids reliably and on time to their final destination. The pay is $20 / hour and you should expect to receive 4-20 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking up kids on time! ⏳

• Being nice and friendly to your passengers 🙏

We're looking for drivers who:

• Are reliable! Showing up and being on time is the single most important thing to parents.
• Are nice. Drivers need to be welcoming and nice to the kids
• Have their own car, which is safe for kids to ride in
• Have proof of personal auto insurance (we cover insurance while you're giving rides!)
• Have no criminal record

It would be awesome if you also have:

• Experience working with children (e.g. nannies, daycare, parents, etc)
• Experience providing care (e.g. nurses, caregivers, etc)
• CPR and First Aid training (or be willing to get it within 30 days of getting the job)

We'll have a commercial policy for you, so you'll be covered by insurance when you're giving rides.
