About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Experience Associate, you will be at the frontlines of Capsule’s mission to build a better, nicer, kinder, smarter pharmacy to make life simpler and healthier for everyone. You will help us build the first iconic, enduring, and emotionally resonant mass-market consumer brand in healthcare – a next-generation pharmacy made for a world where you prefer to interact digitally and one where the health system finally puts everybody on the same team. You will set the standard for our exceptional end-to- end customer experience.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
Master our internal systems: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy and manage internal and external pharmacy operations (including communications with physicians and insurers)
Craft all communications with customers to craft the Capsule experience: answer questions, solve issues, and go above and beyond to assist with anything they need throughout their Capsule experience
Partner with our product, sales and marketing teams to ensure customer experience across all touchpoints
After 12 months, you will have the opportunity to partner with one of our other teams (product, sales, marketing), splitting your time to assist with special projects and gain functional competency in the day-to- day business objectives of another business function in addition to pharmacy experience

BA/BS degree from a top university
0-2 years of relevant internship or work experience
