  • Responsibilities

    Working with team of 3-4 other interns which includes a Project Leader to whom you will report for 8-10 weeks over summer of 2017.

    Objectives include performing market analysis of social media start-up followed by initial design and development of website and/or mobile application using third party developers. Potentially followed by the development of site/app content followed by a test launch of the site and app. All subject to time availability.

    Team responsibilities also include assisting in the design, implementation and management of certain general corporate administrative requirements (e.g. time and action plans for each project phase, long-term business plan including financial forecasts, financial reporting and accounting, researching capital structures).

    Leave your text books behind for this one as you will be exposed first hand to the real life experience of setting up a new start-up. Minimum 40 hours per week.

  • Qualifications
    • Above average: intellect, interpersonal skills, organization skills and work ethic.
    • Healthy curiosity, creative mind with the ability to multi-task, keep tasks on schedule and take direction and constructive feedback from the Project Leader.
    • Will consider all majors as long as you meet the other qualifications.
    • Education, knowledge or experience with website and mobile app design and development a plus, but not required.
