Real Contact Client Onboarder
- Responsibilities
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Setting up accounts for new clients of Real Contact
- The majority of clients you will be working with are real estate agents and mortgage lenders
- Setting up accounts entails calling the client and gathering the appropriate information and then inputting that info into our software
- Handling back-end account management
- Handling calls from clients that have questions about their accounts

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls
- Must be comfortable with Data Entry
- Tech savvy
- Highly detail oriented; able to handle multiple-step procedures
- Salesforce Experience a Plus
- Interest in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry also a Plus
- Must be able to work in Irvine, CA
- Compensation$11-13/hour
