As a sales intern, you will not be stuck in an office but instead you will be going around town meeting with restaurant owners to sign them up for Hooked.
You will be working full-time throughout the summer selling Hooked to popular restaurants near your university. As part of the signup process, you will be negotiating with restaurant owners to provide the best deals to Hooked users. The goal is to sign up a minimum of 30 restaurants throughout the summer.
You’ll work independently over summer but in close communication with our Sales Director with weekly calls. You’ll have two group calls each week with students from other universities and the Director of Sales. This allows you to learn and contribute to successful strategies from other Hooked Sales Interns at neighboring universities. Additionally, you’ll also have a weekly, one-on-one call to check in and discuss your progress.
Before launch, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring a team to help you grow Hooked. Here you will have the opportunity to manage a small team while developing leadership and managerial skills.
