As the Digital Content Manager, you will administer the company’s social media accounts and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve business and marketing goals. You will touch all aspects of brand and marketing while setting the overall voice of the protocols.io brand image. This role works closely with the CEO, Product, and Outreach teams to share newsworthy items and handle incoming communications. We are looking for an energetic, organized science-enthusiast who is results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll actively contribute to our growth and adoption while working with one of the fastest-growing platforms for designing and publishing research methods.

• Manage day to day activities of social media needs for protocols.io
• Respond to social media requests, comments, feedback, and any messages related to the protocols.io platform
• Create targeted, results-driven content (both paid and organic) to promote our brand, product sales and mission to various audience segments across the funnel
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and plans
• Curate, develop and manage all published content
• Monitor, listen and respond to users socially while cultivating leads and sales
• Identify instances of negative PR as well as business opportunities through social channels
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
• Support digital marketing campaigns including SEO, online and social media advertising, and online content distribution
• Measure and report on the performance of different marketing programs and campaigns
• Monitor emerging social media platforms and trends and develop new outlets/platforms for protocols.io when identified
