Do you remember when you first heard about Snapchat? How did it become the app that everyone uses? What if you could be the one to make the next big thing take off? If you're psyched to make it happen, we want you to lead our user base growth strategy. Our app, Cinch Polls, gives creative people way to put any set of images or ideas to a quick vote among their friends and followers. Once someone votes, they can then see how everyone one else voted and chat about the results. It's perfect for choosing the best outfit, the best look for your apartment, or the best photo to Instagram.

In this role, you'll take the lead in growing the app by creating content and getting your network of friends, family and classmates to download Cinch and vote on your polls as well as other users' public polls. Your goal is to organize a team of Daily Advisors--at least 100 helpful people--to vote on at least 10 polls each day. Are you up for the challenge?

(1) IMPORTANT: You must have an iPhone with iOS8. You can't create polls without it. (2) You have a large network of friends and classmates that you can tap into to grow the Cinch Polls user base (3) You're super creative and will think of unique ways to get people to download Cinch Polls (4) You're super social. We love introverts, but this position is for the folks that are already vocal on campus and engaging on social media.
