The summer intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of various accounts across departments. While the intern will take ownership of an Insights project to work on over the course of the internship, they will also be involved in client meetings and ideation sessions with full exposure to real-client work. Our goal is to fully involve our intern in campaign development in order to help him/her gain the most knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Additionally, our program includes an 8-to-12 week intensive Digital Marketing Bootcamp Curriculum which covers numerous aspects of the digital marketing field including Creative Skills, Analytics, Paid Media, Consumer Insights & Research, and more.

Key qualifications include:

• A dedicated work ethic and desire to always over-deliver for clients • Strategic thinker, able to help guide ideas to align with clients’ strategy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding and experience in non-traditional marketing (word-of-mouth, digital, experiential, social media) • Personable and work well in a collaborative environment • Entrepreneurial background or attitude, passionate about building a great agency

Other nice-to-haves include:

• Deep interest and understanding of changes in communications including social media, word-of-mouth, and mobile • A good sense for trends, having a pulse on what’s next
