    Ozoola.com is looking for dedicated Account Executives to assist our clients and grow company revenue. This role will be to hit sales targets while providing incredible customer service. More than anything we want people who wish to learn and have a desire to build a great startup. Our AI technology helps local clients find the best apartments based on their lifestyle and we pride ourselves on an amazing client experience.

    Over the next 12 months, we will expand throughout the state of Texas to become the fastest growing apartment startups in the US.

    We are looking for passionate smart people to partner with us to grow this company quickly.

    What you will do:

    • Work with us to solve challenging problems and define the company culture
    • Schedule apartment showings and drive sales revenue through signed leases
    • Receive, call and email new leads that are assigned daily and continue active follow-up.
    • Actively manage the support process, including scheduling, presentation rental options, and ensuring great customer experience.
    • Manage a pipeline of clients through inbound leads and outbound referrals.
    • Identify each client’s unique rental needs and find recommendations that match those needs.
    • Be organized - maintain a CRM with leads and effectively manage an account set, keep detailed and accurate notes of sales related activities.

    • 0-2 years sales experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment with a desire to learn and grow within a start-up.
    • Driven - You are a results oriented performer with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and business performance.
    • Team Player - You are hungry for your own success but put the team and the client first.
    • Talented Communicator - You have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and build trust.
    • Ethical - You are customer focused and do the right things the right way every time.
    • Technically Proficient - Confident in using software tool to effectively do your job and at a fast pace.
    • Attentive - You are able to manage client information and numerous details with ease.
    • Analytical - You are able to provide consistent, accurate leasing forecasts.

    We allow for a flexible work environment, ideally, we would like the candidate to be located primarily out of Austin, but we are open to working remotely on a temporary basis.

    $1,500 - $6,500 per month, compensation based on time commitment and performance
