    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Adobe Sales Academy is a multi-phase, world-class accelerated sales program designed to take top sales talent from a Business Development Rep (BDR) to an Enterprise Field Account Executive (AE). With multiple locations in North America, this program is crafted to see you grow, develop, and succeed. At Adobe, we want to create the next generation of sales professionals, and that starts with you!

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    As a BDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with a variety of senior-level executives and C-level decision makers. This will be accomplished through but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation and follow-up, discovery calls, and daily customer sales support activities. The role involves working with existing accounts as well as generating new business. By partnering closely with your Account Executives, the goal is to identify and source pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starter who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized business development prospecting campaigns.

    • Generate and nurture viable high-quality inbound leads. You will be responsible for aspects of the Adobe product solutions including the Creative, Document and Experience Clouds.

    • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.

    • Develop new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and set meetings through cold calling inbound leads and net new prospects

    • Drive awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online webinars.

    • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization

    • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience required

    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

    • Consistent over-achievement in past positions

    • Possess an understanding of basic sales methodologies

    • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting business messages

    • Strong attention to detail, good listener, good organizational skills

    • Prior experience cold calling and generating new leads or experience with some form of performance-based delivery is a plus

    • Motivated by individual and team achievement.

    • Highly organized with ability to work in fast-paced environment

    Colorado Starting Salary: $0 - $0

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
