THE OPPORTUNITY

As an intern on the Adobe Brand Marketing Team, you will help build and measure partnership programs that make consumers fall in love with the Adobe brand, especially with next-generation creators. Programs consist of large multi-channel campaigns with collaboration across multiple teams and global reach.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Understand our goals and strategy to best convey Adobe’s core belief in CREATIVITY FOR ALL.
Collaborate with internal collaborators and channel owners to build the campaign plan.
Outline the customer journey and identify any weaknesses to ensure a positive user experience.
Set performance targets and prepare a measurement framework.
Analyze and interpret campaign metrics such as traffic and engagement rates, in addition to product or feature usage, user demographics, and behavioral patterns.
Prepare status updates for leadership, internal collaborators, and external partners.
Lead implementation of recommendations working with web production team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Current MBA student graduating between December 2022 - June 2023, Marketing concentration preferred.
Experience with consumer marketing, preferably in the ages 18-40 demographic.
Understanding of digital content marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
Understanding of social, advertising, and web analytics.
Experience working in large matrixed organization.
Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a proven record to tackle problems.
Results-oriented, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor.
