THE OPPORTUNITY
Adobe Digital Experience (DX) Product Organization is looking for an intern with an excellent balance of people, organization, and technical skills. Someone who is proficient in delivering high quality work, services, and processes. The right candidate will demonstrate leadership in working with several different teams and projects/programs to deliver successful outcomes. We are seeking an intern passionate about getting things done quickly and efficiently
You will be a critical part of the Adobe Experience Cloud organization working with various levels of the Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Field organizations within DX. You will be encouraged to perform using DX Service Lifecycle standard processes for initiating, planning, and completing critical projects/programs.
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Working with the Director of Business Operations for Product and DX SLC along with the DX SLC, Product, Program, Marketing and Engineering teams to assist with the evolution of the DX Services Lifecycle and Business Operations of the DX Product organization. This includes but is not limited to:
Partner the Direct of Business Operations to build agendas and templates for DX Product Reviews, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Meetings, Product Staff Off-sites and Org All Hands
Help the Interlock team roll out a new process for supervising issues and requests from customers in Workfront and other new tools being implemented
Assist with Maintaining the DX SLC Playbook in Confluence (Wiki Page)
Review organization of content in our SharePoint site and archive older materials
Collaborate on missing processes in our modularized DX SLC process as advised by senior team members
Aid in making processes more streamlined and easier for teams to use while also getting needed approvals
Help team coordinate and Supervise all Tier 0-2 Concept Accept (CA) and Project Plan Commits (PPC) within DX
Innovate ideas with the team to help improve the adoption rate of our SLC process and changes throughout DX
Assist with several top priority projects working with a Sr. Program Manager on the team
Assist with the creation of the Quarterly DX SLC Newsletter
Efficiently adapt to change (it happens!)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree , in a technical field, Product, Marketing or Program Management
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall). Real-life application experience is a plus
Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Confirmed ability to understand sophisticated technologies
Superb communication skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects
Exceptional teamwork mentality
Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with strong process and metric focus
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $31.00 -- $36.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
