    The Opportunity

    You will build a strategy for developing a virtual MS Teams channel into a vibrant and active Learning Community. As part of the Field Readiness & Enablement organization in our Digital Experience business unit, you will have the opportunity to take us to the next level from webinars and communications to creative and compelling activities, sessions, and community driven content.

    In this role, there is a great mix of strategy development and execution. You will show case your vision, run pilot programs or activities and measure the results. If you are interested in being in front of the video camera, there are opportunities for you to build a portfolio of work to showcase your talents.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Create a Community & Interactive Learning strategy

    • Discover and recommend tools or processes to create scalable, repeatable interactions (posts)

    • Collaborate with global program leads across the organization

    • Pitch ideas and plans to gain buy in and excitement to execute

    • Develop measurements of success and dashboards to show progress

    • Create learning content to help the organization to understand the mission and get involved

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a BA degree in Marketing, Communications or Sales; or equivalent degree required and graduating between DECEMBER 2023 AND JUNE 2024

    • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field

    • Ab ility to participate in a full time internship between May-September 2023

    • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Teams highly preferred

    • Working knowledge or Power BI or other data analysis tools

    • Ability to present ideas virtually

    • Understands social media marketing or community management principles

    • General interest in learning and development or instructional design
