    The Opportunity

    The Sales Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe, and support superior execution by the sales organization. Joining the Sales Operations team for DX; you drive sales strategy, analytics, systems and programs that impact the entire Americas business. As a Comp Operations Process Control Intern, you are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our field organizations, driving operational difficulty, go-to-market planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and demonstrating BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with business partners to inspire change and performance to company targets.

    What You’ll Do:

    • The primary duties of this position will focus on creation and maintenance of documents to support the Sales Operations and Enablement: Sales Compensation PMO& COE team.

    • Be responsible for a project where you will tackle a Sales Operations/GTM Strategy topic, developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makers

    • Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews, financial impact modeling and other techniques in your project to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of our sales teams

    • Learn the Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and Operations

    • Create and maintain documents that may include protocols, risk assessments, reports, standard operating procedures, and methods.

    • Opportunities to collaborate on more complex projects, operational excellence initiatives, compensation operation activities, SOX Compliance audits, and quality systems with supervision

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Education, Operations Management, Business, Legal, Human Resources, and/or Business Administration and graduating between December 2023 and June 2024

    • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September 2023

    • 0-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

    • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology

    • Strong social skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels

    • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel

    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work

    • Nice to have skill-sets in documentation, literacy, process improvement, investigatory analysis, and educational explanation

    Location: All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, and country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols
