    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Adobe Legal Compliance intern will be part of the Legal Compliance team and will be working on a variety of Compliance-related projects arising around the world, with the focus on anti-corruption/anti-bribery programs. Projects will include assessing conflicts of interest; reviewing gifts and hospitality disclosures; collaborating in the Corporate Policies update process; collaborating in the Compliance metrics preparation; performing investigative analyses of expense report issues; and managing some of the online tools used by the Compliance team.

    This will be a full-time role during the summer of 2023 (June-August), expanding to part-time (from September 2023 to end of May/beginning of June 2024).

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Assist with managing Adobe’s Conflict of Interest questionnaire for candidates as well as for existing employees, responding to issues and questions raised by the disclosures;

    • Collaborate in managing the Corporate Policies update process;

    • Reconcile expense reports with government pre-approvals in the Gifts and Hospitality disclosure tool;

    • Collaborate in the quarterly Compliance metrics update process, reviewing the data and helping the metrics lead to create Dashboards in Power BI.

    • Conduct investigative analyses of expense report issues, prepare related data for investigator’s use, and assist with further investigation as needed;

    • Perform other duties and participate in other projects as assigned.

    • Strong sense of judgement, attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders

    • Experience with Microsoft suite
