    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Inorganic growth has been a key part of Adobe’s growth story, and the Company completed $10B+ in acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development and M&A team strategically identifies, sources, evaluates, and executes Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap, including acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.

    The Strategy and Operations organization provides thematic thinking and critical operations partnership across the different groups in the Corporate Development and M&A team. We are looking for a grounded, thoughtful, and fun teammate to drive Adobe shareholder value by “running the business” of this high-performing team. This individual will have the opportunity to support the Corporate Development Strategy & Operations Chief of Staff on key internal and external priorities for the Corporate Development, M&A integration team. You will create impact by helping innovate operations, workflows and reporting to senior executives. You will participate in expert learning sessions on M&A and join cross-functional stakeholder meetings where possible. You will have the unique opportunity to lead independent projects and gain exposure to senior stakeholders through special projects. In addition, you will participate in Adobe’s industry-recognized intern program which provides exposure and access across Adobe.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Partner with and support the Corporate Development Strategy & Operations Chief of Staff on internal and external goals

    • Work with Corp Dev Strategy & Ops leader to drive achievements, including operational cadence, business reviews and planning, playbook management, etc.

    • Participate in crafting executive level reporting, possibly Board of Directors reporting

    • Innovate and create best practices for SharePoint, Deal Cloud, workflow management and best-in-class operational KPIs.

    • Gain exposure to senior Adobe leaders via strategic and operational assignments across Corporate Development and M&A Integration

    • Special projects may include post-merger integration, deal-diligence operations, hosting events with Adobe Venture portfolio companies, as well as founders and investors.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Currently pursuing MBA degree from Top Tier university

    • Experience in strategy, operations, or consulting is a must, especially in SaaS or Digital environments; M&A experience preferred

    • Proven experience analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing data to develop strategy and recommendations. Maniacal attention to detail

    • Strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and experience working with senior leadership and cross functional groups

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and memo creation

    • Driven, self-starter with a passion for excellence

    • Strong work ethic. High EQ and business intuition. Able to adapt to fast paced, ambiguous environments. High learning agility. Consummate teammate.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
