    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Adobe Developer Platform (ADP) Zen is to enable developers with modern and cohesive experience across Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud and Document Cloud so they can Discover, Build, Distribute and Consume services across Adobe! ADP provides the vital infrastructure/platform to power developer strategies via a collection of interconnected tools, services, and consistent experience. Our solutions support high traffic, numerous third-party integrations, scalability, and performance.

    ADP Ecosystem represent these products/services: Adobe App Developer, I/O Runtime - a Serverless platform, I/O Events - Distributed Event Bus, I/O Exchange - Market place for Creative apps, Developer Console, and other services

    ADP is seeking hard-working and passionate Software Engineer (DevOps) intern who can work directly on the ADP Ecosystem along with other DevOps Engineers who has the responsibility to ensure optimal performance and up-time of ADP’s infrastructure. Using technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, we craft next-gen tools, processes, and workflows to empower application developers and Adobe customers. We're focused on highly scalable, performant, secure, resilient cloud platform along with cost effective. This team is uniquely positioned to make a measurable difference to Adobe's development culture and its bottom line.

    The successful candidate should have a strong interest in learning new technologies and the ability to drive exciting projects to conclusion. This individual should be self-motivated, quick learner and have a passion for quality.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Build, challenge, and secure our automated, multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments: in software, process, and infrastructure.

    • Participating in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, testing, bug fixing, and code/API documentation.

    • With an approach of automate everything, quality over quantity, build once, use it every time.

    • Keep high levels of Security and Compliance with Adobe Standards

    • Collaborate with engineers and participate in daily or weekly stand ups and meetings.

    • Grow with the support of your team and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you.

    • Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.

    • Additional responsibilities as needed based on specific role or team

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer, or equivalent experience required

    • Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Previous related experience in software engineering (applicable coursework, projects, internships, etc.)

    • Proficiency and experience with at least one or more of the following: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts, Python, Jenkins, Splunk, New Relic

    • Passion for automating repetitive tasks using Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC)

    • Familiar with the software development lifecycle - designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud applications

    • Results-oriented, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.

    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
