    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Adobe’s Diversity Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Diversity Talent Acquisition, Program Specialist intern. This is an opportunity for someone that is passionate about diversity and seeking to explore a career in program management. This person will collaborate with various teams to break down silos, define the current state for Diversity & Inclusion programs globally, and develop a recommendation for processes and methods of evaluation.

    The Diversity Talent Acquisition team is a part of Adobe’s Employee Experience organization. Employee Experience helps drive Adobe’s success by enabling all of our people to do and be their best. Diversity Talent Acquisition is a key area because it has a mission to make Adobe the most inclusive and sought-after employer for a diverse set of candidates. Through strategic partnerships, campus engagement, using sophisticated sourcing tools, and hosting/attending events, Diversity Talent Acquisition is able to connect underrepresented communities with opportunities at Adobe.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Collaborate with multiple teams to collect insights in order to make effective recommendations

    • Shadow and support planning and execution of Diversity Talent Acquisition events

    • Research diversity trends and infuse standard methodologies into solutions to influence organizational efficiency

    • Present project findings and recommendations to key partners

    • Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (undergraduate or master's) and must have at least a quarter or semester left of college after the summer internship.

    • Experience hosting an event or project planning

    • Experience leading a team or committee

    • Partnership or volunteer experience supporting underrepresented communities is strongly preferred

    • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently

    • Preferred but not required: Adept proficiency in use of Excel or a Sourcing Tool/ Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) System (for example Salesforce, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Yello etc.)

    • Preferred but not required: Experience using Adobe Spark, Splashthat, and Slack

    • Ability to make informed recommendations based on data in an ambiguous environment

    • Effective and persuasive communication abilities (both written and verbal)

    • Innovative, creative, and persistent

    • Relentless pursuit of progression and advancement of key goals and priorities
