    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Consumer Insights team delivers key insights to the Experience and Engagement (XE) organization for how we can improve the learn content experiences for Adobe customers and measure the impact of changes. The XE organization is looking for an MBA or Masters student with a deep interest in the world of quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Interns work as full members of the team and will be encouraged to help drive XE strategy and analysis that have an impact on improving customers’ experience with Adobe and the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • You will have a strong business, data analytics background, and the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets in an Enterprise SaaS company.

    • Leverage web analytics and even some SQL queries on an ad hoc basis to extract data using Excel or reporting solutions like Tableau, Power BI etc. to communicate insights

    • Analyze customer web journeys using web analytics and/or other disparate data from multiple sources (qual. and quant.) to generate key findings.

    • Translate those findings into powerful stories to help stakeholders understand the opportunity

    • Work with senior level business partners to understand the customer and business questions they are trying to solve

    • Partner on A/B test charter development, run analysis, and deliver results

    • Perform research to identify industry trends

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled in a Masters in Statistics, Data Science or similar program

    • A minimum of 2+ years of analytical insights and story-telling experience

    • Ideally, 1-2 years minimum in a SaaS business

    • Must be detail oriented while staying grounded in the big picture

    • Experience with web analytics (particularly Adobe Analytics)

    • Experience with data retrieval, automation, analytics, and visualization tools (SQL,Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)

    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels

    • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a dynamic environment

    • A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity

    • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with strong collaboration skills

    Location: All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-officescheduleswill be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
