    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Adobe Cloud Technology Product Manager will collaborate with IT and business clients to understand key business goals and IT delivery capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions. The product manager works on defined problems that could be analysis, design, configuration or implementation related. Ability to understand and detail the current state, envision the target state and help build towards that target state.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that we will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns are expected to live in the same state and country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites are expected to follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Collaborate with multiple partners and cross-departmental teams to ensure an accurate implementation approach is in place.

    • Analyze business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, configure the application to meet requirements, and coordinate testing with QA and User acceptance testers.

    • Research and recommend solutions that meet the business needs for new projects.

    • Translate business architecture through the elicitation and definition of functional requirements and develop documentation and data flows.

    • Provide level 3 end-user support as called upon by the Production Support Team.

    • Assist with test data preparation and testing.

    • Ensure documentation is up to date on SharePoint and wiki pages.

    • Help with Jira Hygiene.

    • Learn how call center software like Genesys PureCloud, and Amazon connect work

    • Bring up process and experience improvement ideas and be the idea lead/sponsor and rally the technical teams to rapidly prototype and prove a concept.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology field

    • 0-3 years of professional or internship experience in the fields of Product Delivery, Product Management, or Product Ownership, preferably in a technology field

    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

    • Be a self-starter that enjoys thrives in the face of challenges, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Attention to detail, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.

    • Ability to work as part of a team and take a leadership role as a subject matter specialist to meet ambitious goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.

    • Maintain high energy and a positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

    • Strong technical interest in learning new technologies and understanding how these will help the business.
