THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Computer Scientist Intern - you will work directly with architects and developers within the Adobe Technical Services (ATS) organization. ATS Enterprise Solution Services (ESS) develops and maintains a portfolio of applications that enables Adobe enterprise business to run day to day operations from marketing to customer support.

The position will focus on picking an exciting enterprise problem and building a prototype to address it. The challenges range from performance optimization of existing Sales Platform systems, integrating with sales and partner systems, automating provisioning of complex cloud-based products and many others.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with internal business operations partners and technology teams to understand business and technical requirements

• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to brainstorm and document a high-level design

• Select a technology mix based on Adobe stack that includes AWS, Azure and other vendor and internally developed frameworks then follow through to implementation of a prototype

• Demonstrate the developed prototype to team members and assess its performance and fit

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Graduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with some technical experience

• Ability to generate and implement designs while making necessary assumptions when faced with incomplete requirements

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• A proficiency in any one of the popular languages Java, C#, Python, JS

• Experience integrating with REST based cloud services

• Ability to drive actions while working independently

• Willingness to try new technologies

• Candidate should have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to work across various levels

• Superb communication skills (written & oral)
