THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a 2L and curious about what it’s like to work in an in-house legal department and, in particular, to work on privacy and cybersecurity legal matters? Come join us at Adobe to get experience working on in-house privacy and cybersecurity legal projects! We’re seeking candidates with strong academic records who demonstrate outstanding performance.

As a Legal Intern at Adobe, you will experience the atmosphere of corporate life at one of the world’s leading software companies, while learning how our legal team drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Projects the Privacy Office and Cybersecurity Legal Intern will be involved in during the summer are based on the team’s needs at the time, but may include:

• Research into and analysis of privacy and cybersecurity laws around the globe.

• Assist on projects and initiatives that support compliance with such laws.

• Assist with contracting matters related to privacy and cybersecurity.

• Assist on privacy operational matters (e.g. responding to data subject requests).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Must be a 2nd-year law student in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA accredited law school.

• Must have a strong academic record as well as experience that demonstrates promise for a successful career in the legal profession.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $44.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
