THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a high-energy Product Manager MBA Intern with experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, conducting research, and delivering solutions to ambiguous challenges. On our team, we care deeply about customers in creative fields and help them to successfully, easily and enjoyably(!) create their video & audio content. We are looking for a colleague who authentically explores business challenges through a mix of empathizing with the core user, analyzing market trends, and matchmaking technology solutions with users’ real needs.
Our Video Cloud team is defining the future of video post-production workflows - defining & building cloud-native workflows for video creators and their teams. We’re passionate about collaborative editing workflows including review & comment, cloud media sharing, media metadata enrichment, and AI/ML content analysis that will give video creators powerful new ways of working together on projects, no matter where they are.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive research and capture requirements to influence product opportunities and value propositions
Use evidence and instinct to provide recommendations to help our team build a proven strategy for moving products and customers from on-device to the cloud
Conduct and analyze market research and case studies to understand how and companies have migrated their customers and products to the cloud
Partner with Adobe business teams to forecast the opportunity and develop and test business models
• Work within the core team to define and develop the overall migration strategy and roadmap
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024
Ability to ingest a wide variety of source material like research, analysis, product metrics, customer interviews, and synthesize it into practical product & market insights
Familiarity with developing product strategy and developing Product Objectives and Key Metrics (OKR’s)
Familiarity with Adobe’s Creative applications is handy, and curiosity about/experience with video creation, or motion design, graphic design, or animation would be wonderful
2-5 years of professional experience working successfully in product development, user research, technology development or equivalent
