    Are you a forward-thinking product manager? Do you have a passion for customer delight?

    The Provisioning and Administration team is looking for an intern Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering post-purchase experiences for Adobe’s enterprise, mid-market, government, and education solutions. In the business platform, we enable company administrators to setup and provision accounts for our business customers.

    You will lead the charge in understanding market requirements, defining and crafting key platform capabilities for value realization across our B2B customers, and working with groundbreaking teams who are driving the next phase of Adobe’s growth! You will drive the personalization, testing, and user experience optimization strategy with a growth-oriented approach for post-purchase experiences used across all Adobe cloud solutions. Specifically, you will deliver platform capabilities, optimize and automate user experiences that enable customers to administer their organizations' users and groups, delegate licenses, use cloud storage and understand the usage of Adobe products within their organizations.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

  • Qualifications

    Currently enrolled full time in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields ; or equivalent experience required

    Proven track record of working with others to advance sophisticated product initiatives and projects.

    A collaborative, creative and business-friendly teammate with exceptional interpersonal skills, a great sense of humor and commitment to professionalism

    Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with metrics and developing proposals driven by data.

    Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

  • Desired skills

    Define and champion product vision and strategy for your products. Develop hypotheses, validate them, socialize insights, forecast impact, build a product roadmap, work with cross-functional teams to build a long-term roadmap, measure impact and capture & analyze user feedback to further evolve the roadmap.

    Write detailed product specifications as epics and user stories that allow for efficient development and prioritization.

    Own the collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, shared technology teams, project planning, and delivery of the user experience design.

    Be the customer advocate every step along the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight
