    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a Program Manager, you will join the Digital Video and Audio organization, which is at the center of Adobe's elite products, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, After Effects, and Audition. In this role, you will partner with development, product, design, data, and marketing teams to drive the end-to-end goals and success of your product. You will provide visibility and increase the predictability of delivery to drive processes to scale. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, and drive that can bring creative ideas, critical thinking, and an appetite for execution.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Manage all enablement data and KPI reporting across business segments

    • Manage all enablement logistics including workshop scheduling, communications, and evaluations

    • Write communications that is elegant, clear, concise, and persuasive that excites and encourages learners

    • Build learning program/project briefs in partnership with business partners ensure learning outcomes reflects the needs and requirements of our learners

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Experience in agile software development processes.

    • Experience in Program Management, Business Administration, communications, marketing, or education.

    • Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

    • Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (Data Science teams, Development teams, Leadership teams, etc.)

    • Effective written & verbal communication skills and proven record to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

    • Ability to influence and align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.

    • Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.

    • 0-2 Number of years of experience in in a Project or Program Management type role

    • Exposure to conducting analysis to provide recommendations to business partners

    • Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a simple way to influence individuals

    • Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

    • Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (field sales, business partners, product marketing, sales operations, etc.)

    • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
