The Opportunity
The Digital Experience Cloud Customer Engineering Strategy, Intelligence, and Operations team is looking for an Associate Program Manager Intern to lead Voice of the Customer and Support Experience projects. You will work with internal cross-functional partners and Customer Engineering Delivery, who provides support services to our customers, to build upon our strategy.
You will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, develop scopes, and work on resource requirements to build the delivery plan. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of delivery from project initiation through planning, implementation, and testing to closing.
We are looking for this intern to help our organization reach out Customer Satisfaction and Case Deflection Fiscal Year 2023 goals.
All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols
What You’ll Do
Lead distributed teams in prioritized project activities to identify, collect and analyze requirements, define key business drivers, and deliver an effective and innovative solution.
Strong sense of accountability and management of projects from end-to-end: Effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring, and reporting of project execution (risks management, timeline, etc).
Write communications that is sophisticated, clear, concise, and persuasive that excites and encourages your audience
Build learning program/project briefs in partnership with business partners ensure learning outcomes reflects the needs and requirements of our delivery team.
Report on important metric effects across business segments
Active participation in improving and refining our best practice methodologies within the group.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communication, Business, or similar field required and graduating between December 2023 and June 2024
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September 2023
0-2 Number of years of experience in in a Project or Program Management type role
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
Exposure to conducting analysis to provide recommendations to business partners
Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a simple way to influence individuals
Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (Support Delivery, Product Management, Customer Success Operations, Retention Marketing, Customer Engineering Operations, etc.)
Demonstrates an understanding of the Customer Engineering Delivery Service Role
Outstanding problem-solver and skills in risk management
Background in Voice of the Customer or Deflection Strategy is an advantage, but not required
A professional project management qualification, e.g. PMI is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones
