    THE OPPORTUNITY

    You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Adobe Digital Media Support Operations team and learn how Customer Support runs in a large organization. You will gain insights on cross-cultural communications across all of the global support teams. There is no better opportunity to discover the metrics that power the support organization at a Fortune 500 company!

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Develop data visualization dashboards with Microsoft Azure and Power BI

    • Become proficient writing scripts in Databricks to push data into Azure

    • Create Microsoft Excel data models to help inform business decisions

    • Review and revamp operational processes to gain efficiencies of evolving business

    • Collaborate across multiple departments to gain knowledge around business deciding insights

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field required

    • 0-2 years of experience in a Consulting, Analyst, Finance, or similar position

    • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September

    • Strong writing, editing, and oral communications skills

    • Ability to translate sophisticated projects into succinct communications for the Onboarding organization and leadership team

    • Ability to collaborate with varying levels of management and comfort influencing/persuading at the Manager, Director, Sr. Director, and Vice President level, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity

    • Strong organization/project management and presentation skills

    • Self-motivated, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations

    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver high quality work while adapting to change

    • Strong experience with MS Office tools, proficiency with Excel and Power BI

    • Processing and scripting with Databricks

    • Known to work with offering new ideas and tools, and executing on those ideas

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $47.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
