    THE CHALLENGE

    The Adobe Finance & Operations Organization is looking to hire undergraduate students to join our Treasury team! The Treasury organization manages Adobe's $5B of cash and investments, capital structure strategy, foreign exchange hedging, financial risk management, and credit. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a senior Treasury team, develop technical skills, and capture valuable experience including, but not limited to banking, cash forecasting, investment management, partner strategy, and risk management. The role will provide an excellent training platform with exposure to the Corporate Finance functions of a global company, including our product business divisions, accounting, tax, legal and financial planning, and analysis group. This position is based in San Jose, CA.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Maintain and improve Adobe's treasury technologies such as Kyriba treasury management system ("TMS"), ServiceNow automated workflow process, and RPA/bot processes.
    • Participate in ad hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies that facilitate operational efficiencies.
    • Work with the broader Treasury team on capital markets and analytical projects
    • Lead projects to drive automation and operational improvement, reducing time to deliver, while improving accuracy.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field required
    • Past internship accounting and/or finance experience is a plus!
    • Highly motivated and proactive
    • Able to prioritize workloads and effectively demonstrate time management.
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel with an affinity for learning new systems
    • Proven confidence and flexibility in multifaceted environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills and self-awareness to work effectively with other team members and departments.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $26.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
