    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Are you a 2L and curious about what it's like to work in an in-house legal department? Come join us at Adobe where you will get to experience working on in-house projects at one of the world's leading software companies! We're seeking candidates that have a strong academic record and genuine desire to work on cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of law and technology. As a Trust & Safety Legal Intern at Adobe, you will get to learn more about an area of critical importance for Adobe as we continue to expand into creative, professional and enterprise markets worldwide. You will also be exposed to Adobe workplace culture, including our values which play a key role in Adobe routinely being recognized as one of the top global software companies for work experiences!

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Under the mentorship and supervision of Trust & Safety Counsel and other Adobe attorneys, this Legal Intern will work on a variety of complex projects during their summer, which may include the following:

    • Assist with compliance efforts for new domestic and international regulations relating to content moderation, product and child safety, among other areas.

    • Research emerging legislation and case law, and assess their applicability to Adobe products and services.

    • Develop and update internal templates, policies and playbooks.

    • Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed by the broader Adobe legal department.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • A 2nd-year law student in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA accredited law school.

    • A strong academic record as well as experience that demonstrates outstanding promise for a successful career in the legal profession.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including a can-do attitude and an excellent sense of humor.

    • A self-starter who is able to work independently.

    • Be able to meaningfully contribute to the diversity of the law school student body and the legal community at large.
