    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for helping define and execute the strategy to support our best-in-class sales team at go-to-market strategy at Adobe. Reporting into the Head of Americas Central Sales Strategy and Operations; you will lead initiatives and programs focused on sales strategy, analytics, and operations that impact the entire Americas business.

    As a Sales Strategy & Operations intern, you are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as a critical member of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills while being able to effectively communicate with executive leaders to inspire change.

    All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Be responsible for a project where you will solve a Sales Operations/GTM Strategy topic while developing insights and recommendations to influence senior decision makers

    • Employ data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews and other techniques in your project to create strategies & programs to bolster the performance of our sales teams

    • Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives

    • Learn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and Operations

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    • Enrolled in an MBA or equivalent advanced degree program , graduating between December 2023 - June 2024

    • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology

    • 3-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels

    • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writing

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work

    • Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment

    DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

    • Work experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organization, digital agency, or marketing department

    • Experience creating GTM strategies/Sales Operations along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution

    • Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $43.00 -- $54.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
