    The Opportunity

    Adobe Stock is a diverse marketplace that provides creators and businesses access to over 300 million high-quality, curated, royalty-free photos, vectors, illustrations, video, audio and design assets for all of their creative projects. We are continuously developing our collection of authentic, imaginative assets through data-informed strategy and research to better connect Adobe users to the right creative content for their needs.

    The Adobe Stock Content Development team is looking for an analytical and creative individual who would like to get a sneak peek into how data influences Content Development.

    Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer search behavior, content metrics and asset trends to identify the most impactful content opportunities for our highest-value customer segments. This is a position with high visibility and responsibility for developing research methodology for identifying valuable content opportunities.

    What You'll Do

    • Dive into data on Adobe Stock’s customer search terms and licensing behavior of specific customer segments

    • Distill insights from content metrics, user behavior and identify opportunities for growth

    • Develop a model using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau dashboards) to provide ongoing insights and direction to the Content Team

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Currently enrolled in a MSc graduate or PhD program in CS, IT, Statistics, Analytics or related fields graduating between December 2023 – June 2024

    • Experience using SQL to extract data, understand data structures, run queries and analyze data

    • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning analysis, and data visualization

    • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, and the ability to combine and synthesize information from several sources into a coherent narrative

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $47.00 -- $55.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
